How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not proceed are normally kept for up to 24 months so that we can follow up, answer later questions and understand our business opportunities. Where services are supplied, relevant contract, account and correspondence records are normally kept for up to six years after the relationship ends, or longer where required by law or needed for a dispute. Information may be deleted sooner where it is no longer required.
